حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْأَحْمَسِيُّ ثَنَا أَبُو يَحْيَى الْحِمَّانِيُّ ثَنَا مِسْعَرٌ عَنْ أَبِي قَيْسٍ الْأَوْدِيِّ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مَيْمُونٍ عَنْ أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «أَيَعْجِزُ أَحَدُكُمْ أَوْ يُغْلَبُ أَحَدُكُمْ أَنْ يَقْرَأَ ثُلُثَ الْقُرْآنِ؟» فَقُلْنَا لَهُ فِي ذَلِكَ فَقَالَ «قُلْ هُوَ اللهُ أَحَدٌ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Is one of you unable, or is one of you overcome, from reciting a third of the Qur'an?" We said to him about that, so he said: "Qul huwa Allahu ahad."
