حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى ثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ ثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ ثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ عَنْ أَبِي عَمْرٍو الشَّيْبَانِيِّ عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَمْرٍو أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ
أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَتَى رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالََ احْمِلْنِي فَقَالَ «مَا أَجِدُ مَا أَحْمِلُكَ وَلَكِنِ ائْتِ فُلَانًا فَلَعَلَّهُ أَنْ يَحْمِلَكَ» فَأَتَاهُ فَحَمَلَهُ فَذَكَرَ ذَلِكَ لَهُ فَقَالَ «مَنْ دَلَّ عَلَى خَيْرٍ فَلَهُ مِثْلُ أَجْرِ فَاعِلِهِ»

✧ A man came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said, "Give me a mount." He said, "I do not find anything to mount you on, but go to so-and-so; perhaps he will mount you." So he went to him and he mounted him. Then he mentioned that to him, and he said: "Whoever guides to a good deed will have the like of the reward of its doer."
