حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثَنَا جَرِيرٌ وَوَكِيعٌ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ عَنْ قَيْسٍ عَنْ أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِنَّ الشَّمْسَ وَالْقَمَرَ لَيْسَ يَنْكَسِفَانِ لِمَوْتِ أَحَدٍ مِنَ النَّاسِ وَلَكِنَّهُمَا آيَتَانِ مِنْ آيَاتِ اللهِ فَإِذَا رَأَيْتُمُوهَا فَقُومُوا إِلَى الصَّلَاةِ»

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ said, “The sun and the moon do not eclipse for the death of anyone among people, but they are two signs among the signs of God. So when you see them, rise to prayer.”
