حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ عَطِيَّةَ الْقُرَظِيِّ قَالَ
«كُنْتُ فِيمَنْ عُرِضَ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ يَوْمَ قُرَيْظَةَ فَشَكُّوا فِيَّ فَنَظَرُوا إِلَى عَانَتِي لَمْ تَنْبُتْ فَخُلِّيَ سَبِيلِي»
Translation

✧ I was among those presented to the Prophet ﷺ on the day of Qurayẓah, and they were uncertain about me. They looked at my pubic area and found that the hair had not grown, so my way was left open.
