حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الْخَلَّالُ الْمَكِّيُّ ثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ كَاسِبٍ ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُبَيْدَةَ عَنْ أَخِيهِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُبَيْدَةَ عَنْ عَتَّابِ بْنِ أَسِيدٍ
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ لَهُ حِينَ أَمَّرَهُ عَلَى مَكَّةَ هَلْ أَنْتَ مُبَلِّغٌ عَنِّي قَوْمَكَ مَا آمُرُكَ بِهِ؟ قُلْ لَهُمْ لَا يَجْمَعْ أَحَدٌ بَيْعًا وَلَا سَلَمًا وَلَا يَبِعْ أَحَدٌ بَيْعَ غَرَرٍ وَلَا يَبِعْ أَحَدٌ مَا لَيْسَ عِنْدَهُ

✧ The Prophet ﷺ said to him when he appointed him over Makkah: “Will you convey from me to your people what I command you? Tell them: No one should combine a sale and a loan, no one should sell a sale involving uncertainty, and no one should sell what he does not have.”
