حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثَنَا مَرْوانُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ قُسَيْطٍ عَنِ الضَّحَّاكِ عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ حَاتِمٍ قَالَ
قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إنَّهُ تَكُونُ لَنَا الْكِلَابُ فَنُرْسِلُهَا عَلَى الصَّيْدِ فَنَأْكُلُ مِمَّا تُمْسِكُ عَلَيْنَا؟ قَالَ «نَعَمْ»
