حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ وَأَبُو حُصَيْنٍ قَالَا ثَنَا يَحْيَى الْحِمَّانِيُّ ثَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ خَيْثَمَةَ عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ حَاتِمٍ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَا مِنْكُمْ مِنْ أَحَدٍ إلَّا سَيُكَلِّمُهُ اللهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ لَيْسَ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَهُ تَرْجُمَانٌ فَيَنْظُرُ أَيْمَنَ مِنْهُ فَلَا يَرَى إلَّا شَيْئًا قَدَّمَهُ ثُمَّ يَنْظُرُ تِلْقَاءَ وَجْهِهِ فَتَسْتَقْبِلُهُ النَّارُ» قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «فَمَنِ اسْتَطَاعَ مِنْكُمْ أَنْ يَتَّقِيَ وَجْهَهُ النَّارَ فَلْيَفْعَلْ وَلَوْ بِشِقِّ تَمْرَةٍ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “There is none of you but Allah will speak to him on the Day of Resurrection with no interpreter between him and Him. He will look to his right and see only what he sent forth. Then he will look in front of him and the Fire will meet him.” The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “So whoever among you can protect his face from the Fire, let him do so, even with half a date.”
