✧ I asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about the game of the miʿrad. He said: 'What it strikes with its edge, then eat; and what it strikes with its broad side, it is a waqidh.' He said: And I asked him about the game of the dog. He said: 'What it holds back for you, then eat, for the dog's seizure is its slaughter. And if you find with your dog another dog, and you think that it may have seized it together with it and killed it, then do not eat, for you mentioned the name of Allah over your dog, but you did not mention it over the other.'
