حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الصَّائِغُ
ثَنَا الْقَعْنَبِيُّ ثَنَا كَثِيرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ الصَّنْعَانِيُّ ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي أُوَيْسٍ حَدَّثَنِي كَثِيرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ أَحْيَا مَوَاتًا مِنَ الْأَرْضِ فِي غَيْرِ حَقِّ مُسْلِمٍ فَهُوَ لَهُ وَلَيْسَ لِعِرْقٍ ظَالِمٍ حَقٌّ»

Abi Uways narrated to us: Kathir b. ʿAbd Allah narrated to me, from his father, from his grandfather, from the Prophet ﷺ, who said: "Whoever revives dead land that does not belong to a Muslim, it is his, and there is no right for a wrongful root."
