حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو يَزِيدَ الْقَرَاطِيسِيُّ ثنا أَسَدُ بْنُ مُوسَى قَالَ ثنا عِمْرَانُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ عَنْ أَبِي يَحْيَى الْقَتَّاتِ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ
سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «إِنَّ أَهْلَ النَّارِ يُعَظَّمُونَ فِي النَّارِ حَتَّى يَصِيرَ مَا بَيْنَ شَحْمَةِ أُذِنِ أَحَدِهِمْ إِلَى عَاتِقِهِ مَسِيرَةَ سَبْعِ مِائَةِ عَامٍ وَغِلَظُ جِلْدِ أَحَدِهِمْ أَرْبَعِينَ ذِرَاعًا وَضِرْسُهُ أَعْظَمَ مِنْ جَبَلِ أُحُدٍ» وَلَفْظُهُمَا وَاحِدٌ

✧ I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: “The people of the Fire will be made huge in the Fire until the distance between the lobe of one of their ears and his shoulder becomes a journey of seven hundred years, the thickness of the skin of one of them becomes forty cubits, and his molar tooth becomes greater than Mount Uhud.” Their wording is one.
