حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ مُوسَى ثنا أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْمُقْرِئُ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ حَدَّثَنِي كَعْبُ بْنُ عَلْقَمَةَ عَنْ بِلَالِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لَا تَمْنَعُوا النِّسَاءَ حُظُوظَهُنَّ مِنَ الْمَسَاجِدِ إِذَا اسْتَأْذَنَّكُمْ» فَقَالَ بِلَالٌ وَاللهِ لَنَمْنَعُهُنَّ فَقَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ يَا عَدُوَّ اللهِ أَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَتَقُولُ لَنَمْنَعُهُنُّ

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “Do not prevent women their shares of the mosques when they ask your permission.” Bilal said, “By Allah, we shall prevent them.” Then ʿAbd Allah said, “O enemy of Allah, I say that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, and you say we shall prevent them?”
