حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى ثنا مُسَدَّدٌ ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ خَالِدٍ الْحَذَّاءِ سَمِعَ مُجَاهِدًا يُحَدِّثُ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّهُ كَانَ «§إِذَا أَرَادَ
أَنْ يَصْحَبَهُ رَجُلٌ فِي سَفَرٍ اشْتَرَطَ عَلَيْهِ أَنْ لَا يَصْحَبَهُ عَلَى بَعِيرٍ جَلَّالٍ وَلَا تُنَازِعُنَا الْأَذَانَ وَلَا تَصُومَنَّ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِنَا»
