حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ جَبَلَةَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ثنا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ خَالِدٍ الْحَذَّاءِ عَنْ أَبِي بِشْرٍ الْعَنْبَرِيِّ عَنِ ابْنِ التَّلِبِّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ

«أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَعْتَقَ شَيْئًا لَهُ مِنْ مَمْلُوكٍ فَلَمْ يُضَمِّنْهُ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ»
