حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زُرْعَةَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو ثنا أَبُو الْجُمَاهِرِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ بَشِيرٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ يَقُولُ «إِنَّمَا §سُمِّيَ الْخَضِرَ
لِأَنَّهُ قَعَدَ عَلَى فَرْوَةٍ بَيْضَاءَ فَاهْتَزَّتْ خَضْرَاءَ» قَالَ سَعِيدُ بْنُ بَشِيرٍ وَحَدَّثَنِي سُوَيْدٌ أَبُو حَاتِمٍ أَنَّ قَتَادَةَ كَانَ يَرْفَعُ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ
