al-Mu'jam al-Kabir (al-Tabarani) 1285

حَدَّثَنَا الْمِقْدَامُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ ثنا أَسَدُ بْنُ مُوسَى قَالَ ثنا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ ثنا أَبُو الْأَسْوَدِ عَنْ عَبَّادِ بْنِ تَمِيمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ

«رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَتَوَضَّأُ فَبَدَأَ فَغَسَلَ وَجْهَهُ وَذِرَاعَيْهِ ثُمَّ تَمَضْمَضَ وَاسْتَنْشَقَ ثُمَّ مَسَحَ بِرَأْسِهِ»

✧ I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ perform ablution. He began by washing his face and forearms, then rinsed his mouth and inhaled water into his nostrils, then wiped his head.
