حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُوسَى بْنِ حَمَّادٍ الْبَرْبَرِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ الْأَزْدِيُّ
ثنا أَبُو مَالِكٍ الْجَنْبِيُّ عَنْ جُوَيْبِرٍ عَنِ الضَّحَّاكِ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «يَسْبِقُ الْمَقْتُولُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ مُقْبِلًا غَيْرَ مُدْبِرٍ الْمَقْتُولَ الْمُدْبِرَ إِلَى الْجَنَّةِ بِسَبْعِينَ خَرِيفًا وَمَرْضَى أُمَّتِي قَبْلَ أَصِحَّائِهِمْ بِسَبْعِينَ خَرِيفًا وَالْأَنْبِيَاءُ قَبْلَ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ دَاوُدَ بِأَرْبَعِينَ خَرِيفًا لِمَا كَانَ فِيهِ مِنَ الْمُلْكِ»

✧ Abu Malik al-Janbi narrated to us, from Juwaybir, from al-Dahhak, from Ibn 'Abbas, that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "The one who is killed in the path of Allah facing forward, not turning back, will reach Paradise seventy years before the one killed while retreating. The sick of my Ummah will reach Paradise seventy years before their healthy ones. And the prophets before Sulayman b. Dawud will reach Paradise forty years before him because of the kingdom he had."
