حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى ثنا مُسَدَّدٌ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الصَّائِغُ الْمَكِّيُّ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الشَّافِعِيُّ قَالَا ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ جُوَيْبِرٍ عَنِ الضَّحَّاكِ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «الْمَقْتُولُ دُونَ مَالِهِ شَهِيدٌ وَالْمَقْتُولُ دُونَ أَهْلِهِ شَهِيدٌ وَالْمَقْتُولُ دُونَ نَفْسِهِ شَهِيدٌ»
