حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ مَعِينٍ ثنا جَرِيرٌ عَنْ قَابُوسَ بْنِ أَبِي ظَبْيَانَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ قَالَ
رَسُولُ ﷺ «لَيْسَ مِنْكُمْ مِنْ أَحَدٍ إِلَّا وَقَدْ وُكِّلَ بِهِ قَرِينُهُ مِنَ الشَّيَاطِينِ» قَالُوا وَأَنْتَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ؟ قَالَ «نَعَمْ وَلَكِنَّ اللهَ أَعَانَنِي عَلَيْهِ فَأَسْلَمَ»

✧ "The Messenger ﷺ said, 'There is no one among you except that he has been assigned a companion from the jinn.' They asked, 'Even you, O Messenger of Allah?' He said, 'Yes, but Allah has helped me against him, so he has become a Muslim.'"
