حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ نَصْرِ بْنِ حُمَيْدٍ الْبَزَّازُ الْبَغْدَادِيُّ ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ التَّرْجُمَانِيُّ ثنا شُعَيْبُ بْنُ صَفْوَانَ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ قَالَ
تُوُفِّيَ رَجُلٌ مُسْلِمٌ عَلَى عَهْدِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ «فَأَمَرَ بِهِ أَنْ يُغَسَّلَ وَيُدْرَجَ فِي ثَوْبَيْنِ وَلَا يُمَسَّ بِطِيبٍ» وَأَشُكُّ أَغُطِّيَ رَأْسُهُ أَمْ لَا؟ قَالَ «هَذَا يُبْعَثُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ يُلَبِّي»

✧ A Muslim man died during the time of the Prophet ﷺ, and he ordered that he be washed and wrapped in two garments and not touched with perfume. And I am uncertain whether his head was covered or not. He said: "This one will be raised on the Day of Resurrection reciting the talbiyah."
