حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي قَالَ وَجَدْتُ فِي كِتَابِ أَبِي بِخَطِّهِ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ أَبِي عِمْرَانَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنِ اتَّبَعَ كِتَابَ اللهِ هَدَاهُ اللهُ مِنَ الضَّلَالَةِ وَوَقَاهُ سُوءَ الْحِسَابِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ» وَذَلِكَ أَنَّ اللهَ يَقُولُ {فَمَنِ اتَّبَعَ هُدَايَ فَلَا يَضِلُّ وَلَا يَشْقَى}
Translation
Chain of narrators
- Muḥammad b. ʿUthmān b. Abū Shaybah from my father
✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever follows the Book of Allah, Allah will guide him from misguidance and protect him from an evil reckoning on the Day of Resurrection." That is because Allah says: {So whoever follows My guidance will not go astray or suffer.}
