حَدَّثَنَا خَلَفُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الْعُكْبَرِيُّ ثنا الْمُعَافَى بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ثنا مُوسَى بْنُ أَعْيَنَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ بُكَيْر بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْأَشَجِّ أَنَّ كُرَيْبًا مَوْلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ حَدَّثَهُ
أَنَّ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ رَأَى عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ الْحَارِثِ يُصَلِّي وَرَأْسُهُ مَعْقُوصٌ مِنْ وَرَائِهِ فَقَامَ مِنْ وَرَائِهِ فَجَعَلَ يَحُلُّهُ وَقَرَّ لَهُ الْآخَرُ ثُمَّ لَمَّا انْصَرَفَ جَاءَ إِلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فَقَالَ مَا لَكْ وَلِرَأْسِي قَالَ إِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «مَثَلُ هَذَا مَثَلُ الَّذِي يُصَلِّي وَهُوَ مَكْتُوفٌ»

✧ Ibn Abbas saw 'Abd Allah b. al-Harith praying while his head was tied up behind him, so he went and stood behind him and began to undo it, while the other remained still for him. Then when he finished, he came to Ibn Abbas and said, 'What do you have against my head?' He said, 'I heard the Messenger of God ﷺ say, "The likeness of this is the likeness of one who prays while bound hand and foot.""
