حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْفرْغَانِيُّ طُغْكُ ثنا أَبُو حَفْصٍ عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ
أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَتَى النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَقَالَ «يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنِّي إِذَا أَصَبْتُ مِنَ اللَّحْمِ انْتَشَرَتُ لِلنِّسَاءِ فَأَخَذَتْنِي شَهْوَتِي فَحَرَّمْتُ عَلِيَّ اللَّحْمَ» فَأَنْزَلَ اللهُ ﷻ {يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تُحَرِّمُوا طَيِّبَاتِ مَا أَحَلَّ اللهُ لَكُمْ وَلَا تَعْتَدُوا إِنَّ اللهَ لَا يُحِبُّ الْمُعْتَدِينَ وَكُلُوا مِمَّا رِزْقَكُمِ اللهُ حَلَالًا طَيِّبًا}

✧ A man came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, “O Messenger of Allah, when I eat meat I become aroused toward women and desire takes hold of me, so I have forbidden meat upon myself.” Then Allah ﷻ sent down: {O you who believe, do not forbid the good things which Allah has made lawful for you, and do not transgress. Surely Allah does not love the transgressors. And eat of what Allah has provided for you, lawful and good}.
