حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ وَعَبْدَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ قَالَا ثنا وَهْبُ بْنُ بَقِيَّةَ أَنَا خَالِدٌ عَنْ خَالِدٍ الْحَذَّاءِ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنِ اسْتَمَعَ إِلَى حَدِيثِ قَوْمٍ وَهُمْ لَهُ كَارِهُونَ صُبَّ فِي أُذُنَيْهِ الْآنُكُ وَمَنْ تَحَلَّمَ كُلِّفَ أَنْ يَعْقِدَ بَيْنَ شَعِيرَةٍ وَيُعَذَّبُ وَلَيْسَ بِعَاقِدٍ وَمَنْ صَوَّرَ صُورَةً عُذِّبَ حَتَّى يَنْفُخَ فِيهَا الرُّوحَ وَلَيْسَ بِنَافِخٍ»

✧ The Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever listens to the talk of a people while they dislike him, molten lead will be poured into his ears. Whoever claims to have seen a dream he did not see will be charged to tie a knot between two grains of barley and will be punished, though he will not be able to tie it. And whoever makes an image will be punished until he blows the spirit into it, though he will never blow."
