حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ هَارُونَ ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ رَاهَوَيْهِ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ أَبَانَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ قَالَ «مَنْ خَالَفَ دِينُهُ دِينَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ فَاضْرِبُوا عُنُقَهُ» وَقَالَ «إِذَا شَهِدَ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَأَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ فَلَا سَبِيلَ إِلَيْهِ إِلَّا أَنْ يَأْتِيَ شَيْئًا فَيُقَامُ عَلَيْهِ حَدُّهُ»

✧ From the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, he said: 'Whoever's religion differs from the religion of the Muslims, strike his neck.' And he said: 'When he bears witness that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, there is no way against him unless he commits something for which his prescribed punishment is carried out.'
