حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى ثنا أَبِي عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «لَا يُعْضَدُ شَوْكُ الْحَرَمِ وَلَا يُقْتَلُ صَيْدُهُ وَلَا يُخْتَلَى خَلَاهُ وَلَا يَحِلُّ لُقَطَتُهُ أَلَا لِمُنْشِدٍ»

✧ From the Prophet ﷺ, he said: "The thorns of the Haram are not to be cut, its game is not to be killed, its fresh herbage is not to be uprooted, and its lost property is not lawful to pick up except for one who announces it."
