حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «الْحَجَرُ الْأَسْوَدُ مِنْ حِجَارَةِ الْجَنَّةِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ مِنَ الْجَنَّةِ غَيْرُهُ وَكَانَ أَبْيَضَ كالمَهَا وَلَوْلَا مَا مَسَّهُ مِنْ رِجْسِ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ مَا مَسَّهُ ذُو عَاهَةٍ إِلَّا بَرِئَ»

Translation

✧ From the Prophet ﷺ, he said: "The Black Stone is from the stones of Paradise, and there is nothing on earth from Paradise besides it. It was whiter than crystal, and were it not for the impurity of the pre-Islamic era that touched it, no afflicted person would touch it but that he would be healed."
