حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي سَمِينَةَ ثنا رَوْحُ بْنُ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي مَيْمُونَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ أَبِي أُمَيَّةَ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ قُتِلَ فِي عِمِّيَّا أَوْ رِمِّيَّا بِحَجَرٍ أَوْ عَصا فَإِنَّ دِيَتَهُ مُغَلَّظَةٌ عَلَى عاقلتِهِ وَمَنْ قُتِلَ بِيَدِهِ فَهُوَ قَوَدُ يَدِهِ وَمَنْ حَالَ دُونَهُ فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللهِ وَالْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ لَا يُقْبَلُ مِنْهُ صَرْفٌ وَلَا عَدْلٌ

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “Whoever is killed in blind fighting or in a stoning with a stone or a stick, his blood money is the heaviest upon his ʿāqila. Whoever is killed by his own hand, retribution is on his hand. Whoever intervenes between him and that, upon him is the curse of Allah, the angels, and all people; neither ṣarf nor ʿadl will be accepted from him.”
