حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ الْعَلَّافُ الْمِصْرِيُّ ثنا حَامِدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الْبَلْخِيُّ ثنا حَفْصُ بْنُ سَلْمٍ ثنا مِسْعَرٌ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ عَنْ أَبِي عُبَيْدَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ
«إِيَّاكُمْ وَالشَّهَادَاتِ؛ فَإِنْ كُنْتُمْ لَا بُدَّ فَاعِلِينَ فَاشْهَدُوا لِسَرِيَّةٍ بَعَثَهُمْ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَأُصِيبُوا فَنَزَلَ فِيهِمْ أَنْ بَلِّغُوا عَنَّا قَوْمَنَا أَنَّا قَدْ لَقِينَا رَبَّنَا فَرَضِيَ عَنَّا وَأَرْضَانَا»
