حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثنا يَحْيَى الْحِمَّانِيُّ ثنا قَيْسُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ عَنْ زِرٍّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِنَّ اللهَ ﷻ اتَّخَذَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ خَلِيلًا وَإِنَّ صَاحِبَكُمْ خَلِيلُ اللهِ وَمُحَمَّدٌ ﷺ سَيِّدُ وَلَدِ آدَمَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ» ثُمَّ قَرَأَ {عَسَى أَنْ يَبْعَثَكَ رَبُّكَ مَقَامًا مَحْمُودًا}

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “Allah ﷻ took Ibrahim as a close friend, and your companion is the close friend of Allah, and Muhammad ﷺ is the master of the children of Adam on the Day of Resurrection.” Then he recited: {It may be that your Lord will raise you to a praiseworthy station}.
