حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ صَالِحٍ ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ بْنِ طَارِقٍ ثنا عِكْرِمَةُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ حَدَّثَنِي سُلَيْمَانُ الْأَعْمَشُ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ النَّخَعِيِّ عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ وَعَلْقَمَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ
صَلَّى بِنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَلَمَّا فَرَغَ قُلْنَا يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ أَحَدَثَ فِي الصَّلَاةِ شَيْءٌ؟ قَالَ «لَا إِنَّمَا أَنَا بَشَرٌ مِثْلَكُمْ فَإِذَا نَسِيتُ فَذَكِّرُونِي» فَاسْتَقْبَلَ بِهِمُ الْقِبْلَةَ فَكَبَّرَ وَكَبَّرُوا ثُمَّ سَجَدَ وَسَجَدُوا ثُمَّ كَبَّرَ وَسَجَدَ وَسَجَدُوا ثُمَّ سَلَّمَ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ وَعَنْ شِمَالِهِ

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ led us in prayer. When he finished, we said: 'O Messenger of Allah, has something new occurred in the prayer?' He said: 'No. I am only a human like you. When I forget, remind me.' He then faced the qiblah with them and said takbir, and they said takbir. Then he prostrated and they prostrated. Then he said takbir and prostrated, and they prostrated. Then he greeted with salam to his right and to his left.
