حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ زُهَيْرٍ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمُنْذِرِ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ عَنْ دَاوُدَ الْأَوْدِيِّ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ
عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ فِي قَوْلِهِ {يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَأْكُلُوا أَمْوَالَكُمْ بَيْنَكُمْ بِالْبَاطِلِ إِلَّا أَنْ تَكُونَ تِجَارَةً عَنْ تَرَاضٍ مِنْكُمْ} قَالَ إِنَّهَا مُحْكَمَةٌ مَا نُسِخَتْ
