حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُنْذِرِ الْقَزَّازُ ثنا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ثنا حُسَامُ بْنُ مِصَكٍّ ثنا أَبُو مَعْشَرٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ
سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَقُولُ «إِنَّ نَفْسَ الْمُؤْمِنِ يَخْرُجُ رَشْحًا وَلَا أُحِبُّ مَوْتًا كَمَوْتِ الْحِمَارِ» قِيلَ وَمَا مَوْتُ الْحِمَارِ؟ قَالَ «رُوحُ الْكَافِرِ يَخْرُجُ مِنْ أَشْدَاقِهِ»

✧ I heard the Prophet ﷺ say: “The soul of a believer comes out like sweat, and I do not love a death like the death of a donkey.” It was said: “What is the death of a donkey?” He said: “The soul of a disbeliever comes out from the corners of his mouth.”
