حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ رِشْدِينَ الْمِصْرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ الْهَاشِمِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْجَارِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ:

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَضَى بِالْيَمِينِ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ
