حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ الصُّوفِيُّ الْبَغْدَادِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ وَاضِحٍ الْبَصْرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا قُدَامَةُ بْنُ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ بُرْدِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ، عَنْ عَبْدَةَ بْنِ أَبِي لُبَابَةَ، عَنْ زِرِّ بْنِ حُبَيْشٍ، عَنِ الصُّبَيِّ بْنِ مَعْبَدٍ:

أَنَّهُ أَهَلَّ بِحَجٍّ وَعُمْرَةٍ، فَذَكَرَ ذَلِكَ لِعُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ فَقَالَ: هُدِيتَ لِسُنَّةِ نَبِيِّكَ ﷺ

✧ He pronounced the talbiyah for Hajj and Umrah together. He mentioned that to Umar b. al-Khattab ؓ, and he said: You have been guided to the Sunnah of your Prophet ﷺ.
