حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ أَبِي إِسْرَائِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الصَّمَدِ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْنُ بْنُ عِيسَى الْقَزَّازُ، حَدَّثَنَا قَيْسُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ: عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:

قَدْ عَفَوْتُ عَنْ صَدَقَةِ الْخَيْلِ وَالرَّقِيقِ وَلَيْسَ فِيمَا دُونَ الْمِائَتَيْنِ زَكَاةٌ
