حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْعَوْجِيُّ الصَّنْعَانِيُّ فِي كِتَابِهِ إِلَيْنَا حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الذِّمَارِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ الدَّسْتُوَائِيِّ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ:

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ رَدَّ نِكَاحَ بِكْرٍ وَثَيِّبٍ أَنْكَحَهُمَا أَبَوَاهُمَا وَهُمَا كَارِهَتَانِ
