حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ الْيَاخُونِيُّ بِمَدِينَةِ يَافَا، حَدَّثَنَا عِمْرَانُ بْنُ هَارُونَ الرَّمْلِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ بْنُ سُوَيْدٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أُسَامَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ اللَّيْثِيُّ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنْ سُرَاقَةَ بْنِ مَالِكِ بْنِ جُعْشُمٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

خَيْرُكُمُ الْمُدَافِعُ عَنْ عَشِيرَتِهِ مَا لَمْ يَأْثَمْ
