حَدَّثَنَا مَسْعَدَةُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْمُنْذِرِ، ثَنَا عَبَّاسُ بْنُ أَبِي شَمْلَةَ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ يَعْقُوبَ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْأَسْقَعِ، عَنْ رُبَيْحِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ
أَنَّ أَبَاهُ مَالِكَ بْنَ سِنَانٍ لَمَّا أُصِيبَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فِي وَجْهِهِ يَوْمَ أُحُدٍ، مَصَّ دَمَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ وَازْدَرَدَهُ، فَقِيلَ لَهُ: أَتَشْرَبُ الدَّمَ ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ، أَشْرَبُ دَمَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: خَالَطَ دَمِي بِدَمِهِ، لَا تَمَسُّهُ النَّارُ

✧ When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was wounded in his face on the day of Uhud, his father Mālik b. Sinān sucked the blood of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and swallowed it. It was said to him: "Do you drink blood?" He said: "Yes, I drink the blood of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "My blood has mixed with his blood; the Fire will not touch him."
