وَبِهِ: حَدَّثَنِي اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي فَرْوَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:

الْقَاتِلُ لَا يَرِثُ

    إسحاق بن عبد الله بن أبي فروة تركوه كما قال البخاري قال يحيى بن معين رجاله كلهم ثقات إلا إسحاق وقال البيهقي إسحاق لا يحتج به
