✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ gave Hakim b. Hizam a dinar and ordered him to buy a sacrificial animal with it. He bought one, then someone came to him offering a profit, so he sold it. Then he bought another, and then came to the Prophet ﷺ with a dinar and a sheep. He said, "What is this?" He replied, "O Messenger of Allah, I bought, sold, and made a profit." The Prophet ﷺ said to him, "May Allah bless your trade," and he took the dinar and gave it as charity, and took the sheep and sacrificed it.
