حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ هَارُونَ، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمِنْهَالِ، نَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَنَفِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:
لَا طَلَاقَ إِلَّا بَعْدَ نِكَاحٍ، وَلَا عِتْقَ إِلَّا بَعْدَ مِلْكٍ
