machine translationThis is a mistake. Rather, it is Qatādah, from ʿIkrimah, from the Prophet ﷺ, as a mursal report (mursal), in the story of Ṣafiyyah. Al-Dastuwāʾī and others narrated it, and this is the sound (ṣaḥīḥ) version.

    in المعجم الأوسط, p. 806
  • Dāraquṭnī

machine translationOthers narrate it from Saʿīd, from Qatādah, as a mursal report (mursal), and that is the sound (ṣaḥīḥ) version.
