حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودٌ، ثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا، ثَنَا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ بَدْرٍ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

الصِّيَامُ جُنَّةٌ، مَا لَمْ يَخْرِقْهُ. قَالَ: قِيلَ: مَا يَخْرِقُهُ ؟ قَالَ: " بِكَذِبَةٍ أَوْ بِغِيبَةٍ ".

✧ Fasting is a shield, as long as he does not tear it. He said: It was said, "What tears it?" He said, "A lie or backbiting."
