حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، نَا وَهْبُ بْنُ بَقِيَّةَ، ثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ يُونُسَ: نَا أَيُّوبُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْعِجْلِيُّ أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ، عَنْ حَنْظَلَةَ بْنِ قَيْسٍ، عَنْ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ قَالَ:
كَانَ الَّذِي نَهَانَا عَنْهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مِنْ كِرَى الْأَرْضِ: أَنَّ الرَّجُلَ يُكْرِي أَرْضَهُ عَلَى أَنَّ مَا أَشَارَ إِلَيْهِ فَهُوَ لَهُ، فَكَانَ هَذَا الَّذِي نَهَانَا عَنْهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ
