حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، نَا حَفْصُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الرَّبَالِيُّ، نَا يَحْيَى بْنُ مَيْمُونٍ، نَا جَرِيرُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ قَالَ:
كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ قَائِمًا يُصَلِّي، فَذَهَبَتْ شَاةٌ تَمُرُّ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ، فَسَاعَاهَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ حَتَّى أَلْزَقَهَا بِالْحَائِطِ، ثُمَّ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: لَا يَقْطَعُ الصَّلَاةَ شَيْءٌ، وَادْرَءُوا مَا اسْتَطَعْتُمْ

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was standing in prayer when a sheep went to pass in front of him. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ raced it until he pressed it against the wall. Then the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Nothing interrupts the prayer, but ward off what you can."
