حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، نَا عِيسَى بْنُ أَبِي حَرْبٍ الصَّفَّارُ، نَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي بُكَيْرٍ، نَا عُمَرُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ مُحَارِبِ بْنِ دِثَارٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:
مَنْ أَسْلَمَ فَلَا جِزْيَةَ عَلَيْهِ
