حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ بَكْرٍ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكَّارٍ، ثَنَا عَنْبَسَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ، عَنِ الدَّخِيلِ بْنِ إِيَاسٍ، عَنِ عَمِّهِ هِلَالِ بْنِ سِرَاجٍ، عَنْ مُجَّاعَةَ قَالَ:

أَعْطَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مُجَّاعَةَ بْنَ مُرَارَةَ مِنْ بَنِي سَلْمَى أَرْضًا بِالْيَمَامَةِ، يُقَالُ لَهَا: الْعَوْزَةَ. قَالَ: وَكَتَبَ لَهُ بِذَلِكَ كِتَابًا: " مِنْ مُحَمَّدٍ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ لِمُجَّاعَةَ بْنِ مُرَارَةَ مِنْ بَنِي سَلْمَى، إِنِّي أَعْطَيْتُكَ الْعَوْزَةَ، فَمَنْ خَالَفَنِي فِيهَا فَالنَّارُ

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ gave Mujjāʿah b. Murārah of Banū Salmā a piece of land in al-Yamāmah called al-ʿAwzah. He said: And he wrote for him a document: "From Muhammad, the Messenger of God ﷺ, to Mujjāʿah b. Murārah of Banū Salmā. I have given you al-ʿAwzah, so whoever opposes me concerning it, then the Fire."
