حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ بَكْرٍ، ثَنَا سُرَيْجُ بْنُ يُونُسَ، ثَنَا قُرَّانُ بْنُ تَمَّامٍ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

مَنِ اسْتَطَاعَ مِنْكُمْ أَنْ يَسْجُدَ فَلْيَسْجُدْ، وَمَنْ لَمْ يَسْتَطِعْ فَلَا يَرْفَعْ إِلَى جَبْهَتِهِ شَيْئًا لِيَسْجُدَ عَلَيْهِ، وَلَكِنَّ رُكُوعَهُ وَسُجُودَهُ يُومِئُ بِرَأْسِهِ ".
