✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ would present himself to the people at the [pilgrimage] station, saying: 'Is there not a man who will carry me to his people, for Quraysh have prevented me from conveying the speech of my Lord?' A man from Hamdan came to him, and he said: 'From what tribe are you?' He said: 'From Hamdan.' He said: 'Do you have protective strength?' He said: 'Yes.' Then the Hamdani man feared that his people would betray him, so he came to the Messenger of God ﷺ and said: 'I will go to them, then I will meet you in the coming year.' He said to him: 'Go.' And the delegations of the Ansar came in Rajab.
