حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ الْوَرْدِيُّ الْمِصْرِيُّ، ثَنَا زُهَيْرُ بْنُ عَبَّادٍ الرُّؤَاسِيُّ، ثَنَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ هِلَالٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ الْعَرْزَمِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

إِنَّ لِي نَهَرًا مَا بَيْنَ صَنْعَاءَ إِلَى أَيْلَةَ، فِيهِ عَدَدُ النُّجُومِ آنِيَةٌ، وَهُوَ أَبْرَدُ مِنَ الثَّلْجِ، وَأَحْلَى مِنَ الْعَسَلِ، وَأَبْيَضُ مِنَ اللَّبَنِ، مَنْ شَرِبَ مِنْهُ شَرْبَةً لَمْ يَظْمَأْ بَعْدَهَا أَبَدًا، وَمَنْ لَمْ يَطْعَمْهُ لَمْ يَرْوِ أَبَدًا

✧ I have a river between Sanaa and Ayla, with vessels numbering the stars. It is colder than snow, sweeter than honey, and whiter than milk. Whoever drinks a sip from it will never thirst again, and whoever does not taste it will never be quenched.
